We started in 1997 with a stall, a long list of family recipes, and a queue at lunchtime. Nearly three decades on, we’ve settled into a brighter home on Havelock Road — but the beef rendang still simmers slow, the sambal is still pounded fresh every morning, and the Nasi Ambeng tray still shows up for celebrations across Singapore.
What’s changed: the room (more space for 30 pax bookings). What hasn’t: the cooking, the welcome, and the spice from grandma’s notebook.
